CHRISTUS Schumpert Bossier
On June 30, 1999, CHRISTUS Schumpert Health System purchased Bossier Medical Center to become CHRISTUS Schumpert Bossier. For the 33 years prior, CHRISTUS Schumpert Bossier was owned by Bossier City. It has built a tradition of quality health care and will continue that tradition into the next century as part of the CHRISTUS Schumpert Health System.
CHRISTUS Schumpert Bossier is a Center of Excellence for in-patient rehabilitation. Patients with orthopedic injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputation, burns, severe arthritis, neurological disorders, neuromuscular disorders and physical reconditioning caused by a medical illness can benefit from the services.
