Waiting Areas
A waiting room is available for families and visitors of patients undergoing surgery or in Intensive Care (ICU). At St. Mary Place, the Surgery/ICU waiting room is on the second floor of the hospital At Highland, the Cardiac Intensive Care (CCU) waiting room is on the 1st floor near elevators. The ICU waiting room is on the second floor across from the nurses station.
Volunteers at the Information Desk or any hospital associate can direct you to these areas.
Visitation
General visiting hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily.
Visitors must be 12 years old or older. Please limit visitors to two at a time. Because rest is crucial for healing, visiting is limited for critically ill patients.
Visiting hours for special care areas are:
ICU and Adult Critical Care
- 5:00 am—5:30 am
- 10:00 am—10:30 am
- 1:00 pm—1:30 pm
- 5:00 pm—5:30 pm
- 9:00 pm—9:30 pm
Children’s Critical Care (NICU & PICU)
- 8:00 am—10:00 am
- Noon—1:00 pm
- 4:00 pm—6:00 pm
- 8:00 pm—10:00 pm
Siblings are permitted in PICU and NICU Growers area.
